LG N971, LY N971 are green and yellow LEDs. They have a package of 1206, a wavelength of 570 nm (green) and 587 nm (yellow), and are suitable for use in indoor displays, optical indicators, flat backlighting (LCD, cellular phones, switches, displays) and toys.
The LG N971 (green) and LY N971 (yellow) are 1206 surface‑mount LEDs with an extremely small package (3.2 mm × 1.6 mm × 1.1 mm). They emit at 570 nm (green) or 587 nm (yellow) with a Lambertian viewing angle of 160° and optical efficiencies of 2.5 lm/W (green) and 1.5 lm/W (yellow). These LEDs are suitable for indoor displays, optical indicators, flat backlighting in LCDs, cellular phones, switches, displays, and toys.
The components are RoHS‑compliant, can be assembled with any SMT technique, and are soldered using IR reflow. They are supplied on 8 mm tape (3000 reels) with a single brightness group per reel. Maximum ratings include an operating temperature of –30 °C to +85 °C, forward current up to 25 mA (green) or 20 mA (yellow), forward voltage of 2.2 V (green) / 2.6 V (yellow), and an ESD withstand voltage of up to 2 kV.
