RSM2800 is a rotatable angle sensor that can measure 720°, 5760°, and 360° angles with accuracy ±12° and resolution 0.25%. It is IP54 and IP65 rated and can be used in industrial control, automotive electronics, and medical health.
The RSM2800 series multi‑turn angle sensors use non‑contact magnetic induction for long life and high resistance to mechanical shock. They provide continuous analog output over a selectable range of 0‑720° to 0‑5760° with 12‑bit resolution and 0.25 % linearity.
The manual covers mechanical installation (M4 screws, torque up to 180 N·cm), electrical connections (shielded 4‑wire cable, 5 V or 24 V analog outputs), environmental limits (‑40 °C to +85 °C, IP54/IP65), and ordering options for different shaft sizes and protection grades. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Working voltage | 5 V DC (±0.5 V) / 24 V DC (±0.5 V) |
|---|---|
| Output signal range (5 V supply) | 0.25 V – 4.75 V |
| Output signal range (24 V supply) | 0 V – 10 V |
| Resolution | 12 bit |
| Independent linearity | 0.25 % FS |
| Maximum speed | 120 rpm |
| Weight | ≈50 g |
| Protection rating | IP54 / IP65 |
| Operating temperature range | -40 °C … +85 °C |
| Static/Dynamic load capacity | 20 N |
Installation uses two M4 screws with washers, tightened to a maximum torque of 180 N·cm, and can be fitted with a press‑fit or screw‑in shaft connection.
Models are offered with IP54 or IP65 protection, depending on the specific variant.
The sensor has a 12‑bit resolution and a repeatability of 1 LSB.
