About this manual

The ESD Workstation Kit includes a 600 × 1200 mm static‑dissipative mat, an ESD protected‑area vinyl sign, an earth‑bonding plug with 3 × 10 mm stud, a fabric adjustable wrist strap, coiled and straight earth leads, a crocodile clip, and an instruction leaflet. The mat features a non‑shining surface, high friction to prevent sliding, heat and oil resistance, and good scratch resistance.

Technical details list the mat material as static‑dissipative, 2 mm thick, with a hardness of 75+5 shore A, surface resistance of about 108 Q (top layer) and 10 Q (bottom layer), and compliance with various EN standards for abrasion, indentation, and chemical resistance. The wrist strap and leads have defined resistivity values for reliable grounding.
