The BTS 5235-2L smart high‑side power switch is offered in a PG‑DSO‑12‑9 package and provides two independent channels, each with a 60 mΩ on‑state resistance. It integrates a range of protective features such as reverse‑battery, short‑circuit, overload, over‑voltage, loss‑of‑ground and ESD protection, plus diagnostic signals for load‑current sensing and fault detection.
The device is built with N‑channel vertical power MOSFETs and a charge‑pump architecture, supporting 3.3 V and 5 V logic levels. Key electrical parameters include a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V, over‑voltage protection up to 41 V, a nominal load current of 3.5 A per channel, and a standby current of only 2.5 µA.
