This is a data sheet about C868 8-Bit Single-Chip Microcontroller
The C868 is an 8‑bit single‑chip microcontroller compatible with the standard 8051 architecture, featuring a superset of 8051 with 8 datapointers, a 40 MHz internal CPU clock, and optional external clock of 6.67‑10.67 MHz. It offers 8 KB on‑chip program ROM (C868‑1R) or 8 KB program RAM (C868‑1S) and includes a 4 KB boot ROM for in‑system programming.
The device provides three 16‑bit timers/counters, a 5‑channel 8‑bit ADC, a full‑duplex UART, and a 13‑vector interrupt controller with four priority levels. Power options include a single 3.3 V supply with an internal 2.5 V regulator, and it is available in P‑DSO‑28‑1 and P‑TSSOP‑38‑1 packages covering temperature ranges from –40 °C to 85 °C or up to 125 °C depending on the package.
