BTS5236-2GS is an automotive power smart high-side power switch with two channels and an output on-state resistance of 50mΩ.
The BTS5236-2GS is a dual‑channel smart high‑side power switch in a PG‑DSO‑14‑32 package. It integrates protective functions such as overload, reverse polarity, over‑voltage, loss‑of‑ground, and ESD protection, and provides diagnostic feedback via IntelliSense pins.
