BTS436L2 is an intelligent high-side power switch with features like low standby current, short circuit protection, overload protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection. It is suitable for microcontroller-compatible high-side power switches for 5V, 12V, and 24V grounded loads. It can replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.
