BTS 441 R is a high side power switch from Infineon with 20mΩ status feedback. It is suitable for 5V, 12V and 24V DC applications, and can meet the needs of various resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. It is especially suitable for loads with high inrush currents, such as lamps. The product integrates short circuit protection, current limiting, overload protection, thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection (including load dump), reverse battery protection, ground and Vbb loss protection, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, diagnostic feedback, open load detection and thermal shutdown feedback.
