This is a power switch with negative voltage clamping, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, diagnostic feedback, open load detection, CMOS compatible input, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, power supply failure protection, overvoltage protection, etc. It is suitable for 12V and 24V DC grounded loads and can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
