PROFET® BTS 432 F2 is a high side power switch with load dump and reverse battery protection, negative output voltage clamp, short circuit protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, diagnostic feedback, open load detection in ON-state, CMOS compatible input, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, loss of ground and loss of Vbb protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis.
The PROFET® BTS 432 F2 is a smart high‑side power switch designed for 12 V and 24 V DC grounded loads, especially inductive loads. It integrates a vertical N‑channel power FET with a charge pump, CMOS‑compatible input, and extensive built‑in protection functions, allowing it to replace electromechanical relays in many applications.
