C164CI is the datasheet of Siemens 16-bit CMOS single-chip microcontroller
The C164Cl is a low‑cost 16‑bit CMOS microcontroller offering high CPU performance (up to 8 MIPS) and a rich set of peripherals, including an 8‑channel 10‑bit A/D converter, CAN interface, multiple timers, capture/compare units and flexible power‑management modes. It provides up to 4 MByte linear address space, 2 KB internal RAM, 64 KB OTP/ROM and supports both on‑chip PLL clock generation and external clock sources.
The device is supplied in an 80‑pin MQFP package (0.65 mm pitch) and is covered by Siemens’ semiconductor group documentation. Ordering codes specify the derivative, temperature range, package and delivery type. The datasheet includes pin configurations, functional descriptions, timing diagrams and mechanical dimensions.
