SIEMENS PROFET BTS 432 E2 Manual

The PROFET® BTS 432 E2 is a high side power switch produced by Texas Instruments. It has negative voltage output clamping, short circuit protection, current limiting, thermal shutdown, diagnostic feedback, open load detection, CMOS compatible input, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, power ground and Vbb protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown. It can be compatible with 12V and 24V DC grounded loads of microcontrollers, and can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
