BTS730 PWM Power Unit is a high-side switch (bootstrap) that enables continuous power control for lamps, LEDs or inductive loads. Features of the product include overtemperature protection, short circuit / overload protection, load dump protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis, reverse battery protection, adjustable timing frequency, controlled switching rise and fall times, internally limited maximum current, protection against loss of GND, and ESD protection. The product is available in P-DSO-20-6 (SMD) package.
