lnfineon PROFET BTS 736 L2 Guide

The PROFET® BTS 736 L2 is a high-side switch produced by Siemens of Germany. It has short circuit protection, overload protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and is suitable for 5V, 12V and 24V grounded loads. It can replace electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
