About this manual

The TLE 4226 G integrates six low‑side NPN power switches (four 50 mA and two 500 mA) with built‑in Z‑diodes, status signaling and TTL‑compatible control inputs. It is intended for automotive and industrial applications where independent switching and error feedback are required.

The device includes overload detection, thermal overload shutdown for switches 5‑6, short‑load protection, and analog/digital status outputs that indicate fault conditions. It operates from a 5 V supply (4.75‑5.25 V) over a temperature range of –40 °C to 150 °C.
