About this manual

The TLE 4274 is a low‑drop voltage regulator designed for automotive electronics and other applications requiring stable output voltages of 5 V (V50), 8.5 V (V85) or 10 V (V10). It features short‑circuit, overload, over‑temperature, and reverse‑polarity protection, and consumes very low current.

The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, operating ranges, and typical performance curves, including a maximum output current of 400 mA, input voltage range of 5.5 V to 40 V, and a drop voltage as low as 250 mV at 250 mA. Pin assignments, block diagrams, and package dimensions are also provided.
