SIEMENS BB 914 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of BB 914 Silicon Variable Capacitance Diode, which is suitable for FM radio tuner with extended frequency band. It has high tuning ratio and low supply voltage (car radio), and a monolithic chip (common cathode) for perfect dual diode tracking. It also has good linearity of C-V curve and high figure of merit.
