This document introduces the TLE 4211 Intelligent Double Low-Side Switch from Dinghao Semiconductor Group, which features double low-side switches, power limitation, overtemperature shutdown, status monitoring, shorted-load protection, reverse polarity protection, integrated clamp Z-Diodes, and voltage proof up to 70V.
The TLE 4211 is an intelligent double low‑side switch designed for automotive electronics and other applications that require protected power switching. It provides two independent 2 A low‑side switches with built‑in Z‑diodes for inductive load clamping and reverse‑polarity protection.
The device includes TTL‑compatible control inputs, an open‑collector status output that indicates overload, open‑load, short‑to‑ground, and over‑voltage conditions, and a wide operating temperature range. Pin definitions, absolute maximum ratings, and detailed electrical characteristics are provided for circuit designers.
