The TLE 4208 is a fully protected Quad‑Half‑Bridge driver designed for automotive and industrial motion‑control applications. It can drive up to three DC motors in cascade configuration and offers forward, reverse, brake and high‑impedance modes via a standard interface.
Key specifications include up to 0.8 A continuous output current, low saturation voltage (typ. 1.2 V at 25 °C), very low standby current, and built‑in protection such as short‑circuit, over‑/under‑voltage lockout, over‑temperature shutdown and error‑flag diagnosis.
