TLE 4214 G is a double low-side switch with a rated current of 2 x 0.5 A and a maximum short-circuit current of 1 A. It features integrated clamp diodes to limit the current in short-circuit conditions.
The TLE4214G integrates two low‑side power switches, each capable of handling 0.5 A. It includes clamp diodes for inductive loads, status monitoring for overload, shorted load, open load, over‑voltage and over‑temperature conditions, and a high‑impedance enable input for TTL‑compatible control signals.
The device is supplied in a Plastic Dual Small Outline (P‑DSO‑20‑7) package and features pins for control inputs, enable, status output, supply voltage and ground. Absolute maximum ratings specify a supply voltage up to 70 V, operating temperature range from –40 °C to 125 °C, and output current limits of 0.5 A per channel.
