TLP2631 is a photocoupler from Toshiba. It consists of a pair of GaAℓAs light emitting diodes and an integrated high gain, high speed photodetector. The output is an open collector, Schottky clamped transistor. The device has overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions, and can be used for digital isolation, A/D, D/A conversion and other applications.
