TOSHIBA TLP2105 Manual

TLP2105 is a photocoupler from Toshiba, which features high gain, high-speed photodetectors and totem-pole output stage. It utilizes GaAℓAs light emitting diodes and integrated high gain, high-speed photodetectors. It provides noninverting logic output and has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±10 kV/μs.
