The STP7NB60 and STP7NB60FP are N‑channel PowerMESH MOSFETs rated for 600 V operation. The datasheet provides general features, absolute maximum ratings, thermal data, avalanche characteristics and detailed electrical parameters for both TO‑220 and TO‑220FP packages.
