About this manual

The TD62386, TD62387 and TD62388 AP/AF families are 8‑channel low‑input active Darlington sink driver integrated circuits. They feature NPN output stages, PNP input stages, integral clamp diodes, and are suitable for TTL, 5 V CMOS and 5 V microprocessor applications such as relays, lamps and LED drivers.

The datasheet lists electrical characteristics, recommended operating conditions, maximum ratings, package dimensions (DIP‑20 and SOP‑20) and test circuits. Key parameters include a 500 mA maximum output current per channel, supply voltage 4.5‑5.5 V, output sustaining voltage up to 50 V, and operating temperature range –40 °C to 85 °C.
