About this manual

The ADG801 (normally open) and ADG802 (normally closed) are monolithic CMOS single‑pole single‑throw switches designed for low on‑resistance (<0.4 Ω) and high switching speed (35 ns typical). They operate from a single 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply and support 400 mA continuous current, making them suitable for power routing in automotive, communications, and battery‑powered systems.

Available in tiny 6‑lead SOT‑23, 8‑lead MSOP, and 6‑ball WLCSP packages, the devices meet an automotive temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C and feature TTL/CMOS‑compatible inputs, low leakage currents, and pin compatibility with ADG701/ADG702.
