About this manual

The AD7510DI, AD7511DI and AD7512DI family provides latch‑proof, dielectrically isolated CMOS analog switches with over‑voltage protection up to +25 V. They feature a low on‑resistance of about 75 Ω, very low off‑state leakage (≈0.5 nA) and low power dissipation (3 mW). The devices are available in standard 14‑/16‑pin DIP, 20‑terminal surface‑mount, and plastic DIP packages.

These switches support TTL/CMOS direct interfacing and include built‑in protection circuitry. Typical performance includes a switching time of ~0.5 µs, on‑resistance drift of ±0.5 %/°C, and operation over a temperature range from –25 °C to +85 °C (industrial versions) or –55 °C to +125 °C (extended versions).
