About this manual

The ADG781, ADG782, and ADG783 are monolithic CMOS quad SPST switches offered by Analog Devices. They operate from a single 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply, feature low on‑resistance (typ. 2.5 Ω), fast switching (ton ≈ 16 ns, torr ≈ 10 ns) and a –3 dB bandwidth greater than 200 MHz, making them suitable for battery‑powered instruments, video switching and audio routing.

These devices are supplied in a 20‑lead 4 mm × 4 mm chip‑scale package (CSP) and include ESD protection. The datasheet provides detailed specifications, absolute‑maximum ratings, ordering information, test circuits and typical performance graphs.
