About this manual

The ADG431, ADG432 and ADG433 are precision quad SPST analog switches fabricated on an enhanced CMOS process. They offer a wide analog signal range (up to ±15 V), low on‑resistance (<24 mΩ), ultralow leakage (<0.25 nA), and fast switching times (ton < 165 ns, torr < 130 ns). The devices are TTL/CMOS compatible and can operate from a single supply as low as 5 V.

Typical applications include audio/video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, battery‑powered instruments and sample‑and‑hold circuits. The parts feature break‑before‑make switching, low charge injection, and trench isolation for latch‑up protection.
