About this manual

The ADA4950‑1 and ADA4950‑2 are gain‑selectable differential ADC driver ICs designed for driving high‑performance ADCs in single‑ended‑to‑differential or differential‑to‑differential configurations. They feature adjustable output common‑mode voltage, low power consumption (≈9.5 mA per amplifier), and selectable gains of 1, 2, or 3.

Key specifications include a −3 dB small‑signal bandwidth of 750 MHz at 0.1 V p‑p output, a large‑signal bandwidth of 350 MHz at 2 V p‑p output, a slew rate of 2900 V/µs, and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C. The devices are offered in 16‑lead and 24‑lead LFCSP packages and support supply voltages from +3 V to ±5 V.
