About this manual

The ADA4311-1 is a low‑cost, dual, high‑current line driver with shutdown capability. It combines two high‑speed current‑feedback operational amplifiers offering up to 310 MHz 3 dB bandwidth, 1050 V/µs slew rate and a 20.6 Vpp differential output swing from a 12 V supply. The device includes CMOS‑compatible power‑down pins that allow selectable quiescent currents from 1 mA to 11.8 mA per amplifier.

The datasheet details pin functions, typical application circuits for PLC and networking, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance, and extensive performance graphs such as frequency response, distortion, and output impedance. It also lists the 10‑lead MINI_SO_EP package with a thermal resistance of 44 °C/W and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
