This document describes the features and characteristics of ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2 ultralow noise drivers, including low input voltage noise, low common-mode output, extremely low harmonic distortion, high speed, and adjustable gain.
The ADA4930‑1 and ADA4930‑2 provide extremely low input voltage noise (1.2 nV/√Hz) and very low harmonic distortion, making them ideal for high‑performance, low‑voltage ADC front‑ends. They operate from a single 3.3 V or 5 V supply and feature adjustable output common‑mode voltage, differential‑to‑differential or single‑ended‑to‑differential operation, and fast over‑drive recovery (1.5 ns).
The devices are offered in Pb‑free 16‑lead (3 mm × 3 mm) and 24‑lead (4 mm × 4 mm) LFCSP packages, rated for –40 °C to +105 °C operation. The data sheet includes specifications, pin configurations, absolute maximum ratings, typical performance curves, and ordering information.
