About this manual

The ADL5562 is a high‑performance differential amplifier optimized for RF and IF applications. It offers low‑noise (2.1 nV/√Hz) and ultralow distortion across a 3.3 GHz bandwidth, with selectable gain of 6 dB, 12 dB or 15.5 dB via pin‑strapping.

The device operates from a single 3.3 V to 3.6 V supply, draws about 80 mA in normal mode (under 3 mA when disabled), and features a 9.8 V/ns slew rate with fast 2 ns settling. It is supplied in a 16‑lead LFCSP package suitable for temperatures from –40 °C to +85 °C.
