About this manual

The M63807P/FP/KP is an eight‑circuit NPN transistor array offered in three package types (P, FP, KP). Each circuit can drive up to 300 mA collector current with a maximum collector‑emitter voltage of 35 V, and all emitters share a common ground pin.

The document lists absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical and switching characteristics, as well as pin‑out diagrams and typical performance curves. It also includes thermal derating data and duty‑cycle limits for various operating temperatures.
