This instruction sheet provides information on the electrical specification, general functions, installation and wiring.
The manual introduces the DVP-04AD-SL analog input module, which converts four 16‑bit digital signals from the PLC MPU into voltage or current inputs. Users can select either voltage (‑10 V ~ 10 V) or current (‑20 mA ~ 20 mA) input mode for each channel.
It details installation steps, wiring diagrams, safety warnings, torque specifications (1.95 kg‑cm), grounding recommendations, and the control registers used to configure input mode, sampling ranges, limits, and history functions.
| Voltage input range | -10 V ~ 10 VDC |
|---|---|
| Current input range | -20 mA ~ 20 mA |
| Voltage resolution | 312.5 µV |
| Current resolution | 625 nA |
| Power supply voltage | 24 VDC (-15 % ~ +20 %) |
| Input impedance | < 0.5 Ω |
| Overall accuracy | ±0.3 % full scale (25 °C) |
| Response time | 250 µs per channel |
| Isolation voltage | 500 VDC between digital circuits and ground |
| Operating temperature | 0 °C ~ 55 °C |
The tightening torque for the I/O terminal block is 1.95 kg‑cm (1.7 in‑lbs).
Disconnect the input AC power supply and verify all wiring before powering the module; do not touch internal wiring within one minute after power is removed.
Use the control register for the channel (CHx input mode setting). Mode 0 selects voltage ±10 V, while Mode 1 selects current ±20 mA.
