The HGTG12N60B3D, HGTP12N60B3D, HGT1S12N60B3DS 27A, 600V, UFS Series N-Channel IGBTs with Anti-Parallel Hyperfast Diode is a new type of IGBT chip produced by Intersil Corporation. It has the characteristics of high input impedance and low conduction loss, and is suitable for moderate frequency operation. It can be widely used in AC and DC motor control, power supply and driver applications.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the KS-SERIES single output 5W~15W AC-DC on-board power supply, including input/output voltage, output current, output power, safety standards, etc.

The AD7533 is a low-cost, 10-bit multiplying DAC with good linearity and low power dissipation. It can interface with TTL or CMOS and is suitable for applications such as digitally controlled attenuators, programmable gain amplifiers, function generation, and linear automatic gain controls.

The AD7524 is a low-cost, 8-bit monolithic CMOS DAC designed for direct interface to most microprocessors. It is basically an 8-bit DAC with input latches, and its load cycle is similar to the 'write' cycle of a random access memory. Using an advanced thin-film on CMOS fabrication process, the AD7524 provides accuracy to 1/8 LSB with a typical power dissipation of less than 10 milliwatts.

AD558 is a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter from American ADI, with 8-bit resolution, 0 to 10 volt output range, maximum output current of 5 mA, and output can be pulled down to ground internally.

This document provides information on the electrical characteristics of REV. D DAC10, including resolution, nonlinearity, settling time, output voltage, etc.

This product is a CMOS dual 8-bit buffered multiplying DAC with features of +5 V to +15 V operating voltage range, DAC accuracy of 1%, four quadrant multiplication, TTL/CMOS compatible latch, applications in digital control of gain/attenuation filter parameters, stereo audio circuits and X-Y graphics.

The LOGDAC AD7111/AD7111A are monolithic multiplying D/A converters featuring wide dynamic range in a small pack- age. Both DACs can attenuate an analog input signal over the range 0 dB to 88.5 dB in 0.375 dB steps. They are available in 16-pin DIPs and SOIC packages. The AD7111 is also available in a 20-terminal LCCC package.

AD7224 is a 8-bit CMOS DAC with output amplifiers produced by Analog Devices. It can be operated with single or dual supplies, with a total unadjusted error of less than 1 LSB and an extended temperature range. It is compatible with double buffered inputs.

This document describes the timing specifications and technical characteristics of the AD667 model product, including data validity, address validity, CS pulse width, data hold time, output voltage settling time, etc. In addition, it also introduces the features of the AD667J and AD667K models, such as digital inputs, transfer characteristics, accuracy, drift, conversion speed, and analog output range.

The AD7628 is a monolithic dual 8-bit digital/analog converter featuring excellent DAC-to-DAC matching.

The AD7538 is a 14-bit monolithic CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that uses laser trimmed thin-film resistors to achieve excellent linearity. The DAC is loaded by a single 14-bit wide word.
