The HGTG12N60B3D, HGTP12N60B3D, HGT1S12N60B3DS 27A, 600V, UFS Series N-Channel IGBTs with Anti-Parallel Hyperfast Diode is a new type of IGBT chip produced by Intersil Corporation. It has the characteristics of high input impedance and low conduction loss, and is suitable for moderate frequency operation. It can be widely used in AC and DC motor control, power supply and driver applications.
The Intersil HGTG12N60B3D, HGTP12N60B3D and HGT1S12N60B3DS are 27 A, 600 V N‑channel IGBTs with an anti‑parallel hyperfast diode. They combine MOSFET input impedance with low on‑state loss of a bipolar transistor, suitable for motor controls, power supplies and solenoid drivers.
