The HCPL-2630/2631, 6N137, HCPL-2601/2611 optical couplers consist of a 850 nm AlGaAS LED, optically coupled to a very high speed integrated photodetector logic gate with a programmable output. This output features an open collector, thereby permitting wired OR outputs. The coupled parameters are guaranteed over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. A maximum input signal of 5 mA will provide a minimum output sink current of 13 mA (fan out of 8). An internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection of typically 10 kV/μs. The HCPL-2601 and HCPL-2631 has a minimum CMR of 5 kV/μs. The HCPL-2611 has a minimum CMR of 10 kV/μs.

The product is a high speed transistor optocoupler produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation with the model 6N135, 6N136, HCPL-2503, HCPL-4502, HCPL-2530, and HCPL-2531. It has the characteristics of high speed, high common mode rejection ratio, dual channel, high working voltage, guaranteed photoelectric ratio, etc. It is widely used in line receivers, pulse transformer replacement, output interface to CMOS-LSTTL-TTL, wide bandwidth analog coupling and other occasions.

This document is the user manual of HCPL-2530/HCPL-2531 dual-channel and HCPL-4502/HCPL-2503 single-channel high-speed transistor optocouplers published by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, which introduces the features and characteristics, applications, working principles of the product.

These single, dual and quad channel, hermetically sealed optocouplers provide military-grade reliability and high performance in a wide variety of harsh industrial applications.

The 6N1135 and 6N1136 are 110 °C rated optocouplers with a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector which consists of a photo diode and a high-speed transistor in a DIP-8 plastic package. Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits up to frequencies of 2.0 MHz. The potential difference between the circuits to be coupled should not exceed the maximum permissible reference voltages

The document describes the features and characteristics of IXYS products, including RF capability, low gate resistance, shock resistance, low package inductance, and fast intrinsic rectifier. It is suitable for applications such as DC-DC converters, switched-mode power supplies, pulse generators, laser drivers, and RF amplifiers.

BC557B is a small signal PNP transistor suitable for TV and home appliance equipment. It has high gain and low saturation voltage, making it suitable for small load switch transistor applications.

BC556, BC557, BC558 are three PNP silicon amplifier transistors from MCC. They have a maximum power dissipation of 625mW, a storage temperature range of -55 to 150 degrees Celsius, and a TO-92 plastic package.

This document describes the features and parameters of the BC 556 and BC 559 general purpose PNP silicon epitaxial planar transistors. These transistors have a power dissipation of 500 mW and come in a TO-92 plastic case with a weight of approximately 0.18 g. The maximum rated voltage and current are 65 V and 100 mA, respectively. Additionally, the document provides characteristics such as DC current gain, small signal current gain, input impedance, and output admittance for different groups (A, B, C).
