The CMPD4150 is a high current, high speed switching diode manufactured by Central Semiconductor Corp. It is manufactured by the epitaxial planar process and packaged in an epoxy molded surface mount package. It is designed for high speed switching applications.

The Central Semiconductor CMPD2836 and CMPD2838 types are ultra-high speed switching diodes manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, in an epoxy molded surface mount package, designed for high speed switching applications.

The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPD2005S contains two (2) High Voltage Silicon Switching Diodes, manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a SOT-23 surface mount package, designed for applications requiring high voltage capability.

The CMPD1001 is a high current switching diode manufactured by Central Semiconductor Corp. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 90 V, a maximum forward current of 250 mA, a maximum repetitive forward current of 600 mA, a maximum repetitive reverse current of 600 mA, a transient forward current of 6000 mA, a transient forward current of 1000 mA, a power dissipation of 350 mW, an operating and storage junction temperature of -65 to +150 oC, and a thermal resistance of 357 oC/W.

The CMP401 and CMP402 are 23 ns and 65 ns quad comparators with separate input and output supplies. Separate supplies enable the input stage to be operated from +3 V to as high as ±6 V. The output can be supplied with either 3 V or 5 V as determined by the interface logic or available supplies.

The CMP04 is a low-power precision comparator from Analog Devices with high gain, single-supply or dual-supply operation, input voltage range includes ground, low power consumption, low input bias current, low input offset current, low offset voltage, and low output saturation voltage.

The MAX1027/MAX1029/MAX1031 are 10-bit serial analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with an internal reference and an internal temperature sensor. These devices feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging, and AutoShutdown™. The maximum sampling rate is 300ksps using an external clock. The MAX1031 has 16 input channels, the MAX1029 has 12 input channels, and the MAX1027 has 8 input channels. All input channels are configurable for single-ended or differential inputs in unipolar or bipolar mode. All three devices operate from a +5V supply and contain a 10MHz SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™-compatible serial port. The MAX1031 is available in 28-pin 5mm x 5mm QFN with exposed pad and 24-pin QSOP packages. The MAX1027/MAX1029 are only available in QSOP packages. All three devices are specified over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
