National DS90CP22 handbook
DS90CP22 is a 2x2 crosspoint switch utilizing LVDS technology for low power, high speed operation. Data paths are fully differential from input to output for low noise generation and low pulse width distortion. The non-blocking design allows connection of any input to any output or outputs. LVDS I/O enable high speed data transmission for point-to-point interconnects. This device can be used as a high speed differential crosspoint, 2:1 mux, 1:2 demux, repeater or 1:2 signal splitter. The mux and demux functions are useful for switching between primary and backup circuits in fault tolerant systems. The 1:2 signal splitter and 2:1 mux functions are useful for distribution of serial bus across several rack-mounted backplanes.
National DS90CP04 handbook
The DS90CP04 is a 4×4 digital crosspoint switch that uses low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) technology to achieve low power consumption and high speed operation. The data path is all composed of differential circuits to suppress noise. Non-blocking architecture allows connection of any input bit to any output bit (single output or multiple outputs). The switch matrix contains 4 sets of differential 4:1 multiplexers. Each multiplexer is connected to all 4 input channels and can output any 1 input channel from any output channel. Each output pair of DS90CP04 can operate independently at up to 2.5Gbit/s. The MODE pin is used to switch between the easy-to-control serial control interface or the configuration selection port. The serial control interface can use a single load command to update the new switch configuration information for all outputs at one time. The direct configuration port can directly change the output configuration based on the logic level decoded information of the SEL0/1 pins.

DS90CF583/DS90CF584 LVDS 24-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link— 65 MHz. This chipset is an ideal means to solve EMI and cable size problems associated with wide, high speed TTL interfaces.
National Semiconductor DS90CF581/DS90CF582 LVDS 24-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link handbook
DS90CF581DS90CF582 LVDS 24-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link is a chipset released by National Semiconductor for connecting displays and motherboards. The chipset uses a 40MHz clock frequency to convert 28 bits of CMOSTTL data into four LVDS data streams, and transmits the data through the fifth LVDS link to the display. DS90CF581 can transmit 40MHz clock signal and 4 LVDS data streams to the display, and DS90CF582 can convert the received 4 LVDS data streams to 28 bits of CMOSTTL data stream and output the data to the motherboard. The chipset has low power consumption, low EMI and other features.
National Semiconductor DS90CF581 LVDS Transmitter 24-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link handbook
The DS90CF581 transmitter converts 28 bits of CMOS/TTL data into four LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) data streams. A phase-locked transmit clock is transmitted in parallel with the data streams over a fifth LVDS link. Every cycle of the transmit clock 28 bits of input data are sampled and transmitted. At a transmit clock frequency of 40 MHz, 24 bits of RGB data and 4 bits of LCD timing and control data (FPLINE, FPFRAME, DRDY, CNTL) are transmitted at a rate of 280 Mbps per LVDS data channel. Using a 40 MHz clock, the data throughput is 140 Megabytes per second. This transmitter is intended to interface to any of the FPD Link receivers. The chipset is an ideal means to solve EMI and cable size problems associated with wide, high speed TTL interfaces.
National Semiconductor DS90CF563/DS90CF564 LVDS 18-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link 65 MHz handbook
DS90CF563/DS90CF564 LVDS 18-Bit Color Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link— 65 MHz. The product converts 21 bits of CMOS/TTL data into three LVDS data streams and parallel transmits a phase-locked transmit clock and data streams over a fourth LVDS link. At a transmit clock frequency of 65 MHz, 21 bits of input data are sampled and transmitted every cycle of the transmit clock. With a 65 MHz clock, the data throughput is 171 MB/s. This chipset is an ideal means to solve EMI and cable size problems associated with wide, high speed TTL interfaces.
