  • National Semiconductor MNLMH6628-X-RH REV 0A0 handbook

The LMH6628 is a high-speed dual op amp from National that offers a traditional voltage feedback topology featuring unity-gain stability and slew-enhanced circuitry. The LMH6628's low noise and very low harmonic distortion combine to form a very wide dynamic range op amp that operates from a single (5 to 12V) or dual (+5V) power supply. Each of the LMH6628's closely matched channels provides a 300MHz unity gain bandwidth and low input voltage noise density (2nV/SqRtHz). Low 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion (-65/-74dBc at 10MHz) makes the LMH6628 a perfect wide dynamic-range amplifier for matched I/Q channels. With its fast and accurate settling (12ns to 0.1%), the LMH6628 is also an excellent choice for wide dynamic range, anti-aliasing filters to buffer the inputs of hi resolution analog-to-digital converters. Combining the LMH6628's two tightly matched amplifiers in a single package reduces cost and board space for many composite amplifier applications such as active filters, differential line drivers/receivers, fast peak detectors and instrumentation amplifiers. The LMH6628 is fabricated using National's VIP 10 (TM) comlimentary bipolar process.

  • National LMH6624/LMH6626 handbook

LMH6624/LMH6626 offer wide bandwidth (1.5GHz for single, 1.3GHz for dual) with very low input noise (0.92nV/ , 2.3pA/ ) and ultra low dc errors (100µV VOS, ±0.1µV/˚C drift) providing very precise operational amplifiers with wide dynamic range. This enables the user to achieve closed-loop gains of greater than 10, in both inverting and non-inverting configurations.

  • National LMH6622 handbook

The LMH6622 is a dual high speed voltage feedback operational amplifier specifically optimized for low noise. It has a voltage noise specification of 1.6nV/, a current noise specification of 1.5pA/, a bandwidth of 160MHz, and a harmonic distortion specification that exceeds 90dBc, making it an ideal choice for the receive channel amplifier in ADSL, VDSL, or other xDSL designs. The LMH6622 operates from ±2.5V to ±6V in dual supply mode and from +5V to +12V in single supply configuration. The LMH6622 is stable for AV ≥ 2 or AV ≤ −1. The fabrication of the LMH6622 on National Semiconductor’s advanced VIP10 process enables excellent (160MHz) bandwidth at a current consumption of only 4.3mA/amplifier. Packages for this dual amplifier are the 8-lead SOIC and the 8-lead MSOP.

  • National LMH6618 handbook

The LMH6618 is a 130 MHz rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier designed for ease of use in a wide range of applications requiring high speed, low supply current, low noise, and the ability to drive complex ADC and video loads.

LMH6618 is a 130 MHz, 1.25 mA RRIO operational amplifier with exceptional power-to-performance ratio, low power consumption, low noise and the ability to drive complex ADC and video loads.

  • NATIONAL LMH6609 handbook(1)

The LMH6609 is an ultra wideband, unity gain stable, low power, voltage feedback op amp that offers 900MHz bandwidth at a gain of 1, 1400V/µs slew rate and 90mA of linear output current. The LMH6609 is designed with voltage feedback architecture for maximum flexibility especially for active filters and integrators. The LMH6609 has balanced, symmetrical inputs with well-matched bias currents and minimal offset voltage. With Differential Gain of .01 and Differential Phase of .026 the LMH6609 is suited for video applications. The 90mA of linear output current makes the LMH6609 suitable for multiple video loads and cable driving applications as well. The recommended supply voltage range of 6V to 12V and is specified at 6.6 and 10V. A low supply current of 7mA (at 10V supply) makes the LMH6609 useful in a wide variety of platforms, including portable or remote equipment that must run from battery power. The LMH6609 is available in the industry standard 8-pin SOIC package and in the space-saving 5-pin SOT package. The LMH6609 is specified for operation over the -40˚C to +85˚C temperature range. The LMH6609 is manufactured in National Semiconductor’s state-of-the-art VIP10™ technology for high performance.
