MICREL MIC5014/5015 DATA SHEET1
The MIC5014 and MIC5015 are MOSFET drivers designed for gate control of N-channel, enhancement-mode power MOSFETs used as high-side or low-side switches. These devices operate from a 2.75V to 30V supply and feature an internal charge pump capable of sustaining a gate voltage greater than the available supply voltage.
