Micrel KSZ8841-16/32 Ethernet MAC Controller Datasheet
The KSZ8841‑16/32 is a single‑chip Ethernet MAC controller offering IEEE 802.3 compliance, Wake‑on‑LAN, and LinkMD™ cable diagnostics. It provides a flexible 8‑bit, 16‑bit, or 32‑bit generic host processor interface and integrates a unique dynamic memory pointer with 8 KB of fully usable buffer for both TX and RX directions.
The device is supplied in a 128‑pin PQFP package (optional 128‑pin LQFP) and operates from a single 3.3 V supply with 5 V tolerant I/O. It supports 10BASE‑T and 100BASE‑TX Ethernet speeds, includes auto‑MDIX, and features extensive power‑management options for low‑power operation in commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) temperature ranges.
