The B426-CN Ethernet communication module enables bidirectional communication over IPv4 or IPv6 via an Ethernet connection. It is designed to be powered by Option bus devices and connects compatible control hosts to networks such as LAN, MAN, WAN, or the Internet.
Installation involves setting the physical address using a rotary switch on the module before powering it on. The module must be installed in a three-hole pattern within the control host enclosure and connected via Option bus terminals and an Ethernet cable.
