The ViraPower™ HiPerform™ Lentiviral Expression Systems allow the creation of a replication-incompetent, HIV-1-based lentivirus to deliver and express a gene of interest in dividing or non-dividing mammalian cells. The system utilizes four new expression vectors containing WPRE and cPPT elements to yield cell-specific, high-performance results with increased transgene expression and viral titer.
