About this manual

The FDMS7700S is a dual N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET device manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. It integrates two specialized transistors in a single MLP package: Q1, an N-channel control MOSFET rated for 30V and up to 40A continuous drain current (silicon limited), and Q2, a synchronous SyncFET also rated for 30V with a higher capacity of 60A pulsed drain current. This internal connection facilitates the easy placement and routing required for synchronous buck converters.
