Philips 74F651A/74F652A Transceivers/Registers Product Specification

74F651A/74F652A are bus transceiver circuits with 3-State outputs, D-type flip-flops, and control circuitry arranged for multiplexed transmission of data directly from the input bus or the internal registers. The devices combine 74F245 and two 74F374 type functions in one chip, and have high impedance base inputs for reduced loading (70µA in high and low states). They also feature independent registers for A and B buses, multiplexed real-time and stored data, and choice of non-inverting and inverting data paths.

About this manual

This document is a product specification for the Philips 74F651A and 74F652A integrated circuits, which function as octal transceivers and registers. These devices combine bus transceiver circuits with 3-State outputs, D-type flip-flops, and control circuitry to allow for the multiplexed transmission of data directly from input buses or internal registers. The 74F651A provides inverting data paths, while the 74F652A offers non-inverting paths.
