This is the data sheet for 4, 8 Meg x 32 DRAM SODIMMs product released by Micron Technology. It has the capacity of 16MB（4 Meg x 32）and 32MB（8 Meg x 32）and is packaged in 72-pin SODIMM (gold) G. It uses a single +3.3V ±0.3V power supply and supports FAST PAGE MODE (FPM) or Extended Data-Out (EDO) PAGE MODE access modes.
