This document is a technical datasheet for the Toshiba TC4017BP and TC4017BF integrated circuits. These devices are decimal Johnson counters consisting of five-stage D-type flip-flops equipped with a decoder to convert outputs to decimal values (Q0 through Q9). The counter advances its state on the rising edge of the CLOCK input or the falling edge of the CLOCK INHIBIT input.
