GS88237AB is a 9Mb synchronous burst SRAM with high performance and low power consumption. It supports single/dual cycle deselect and features IEEE 1149.1 JTAG-compatible boundary scan. The product is suitable for level 2 cache applications supporting high performance CPUs, as well as synchronous SRAM applications such as DSP main store and networking chip set support.
