OM1840NKM is a 5 amp low dropout positive adjustable regulator. It is similar to the industry standard LT1084 and is approved to DESC standardized military drawing number 5962-89521. This device has adjustable output voltage, built-in thermal overload protection, short circuit current limiting, maximum output voltage tolerance guaranteed to ±1%, guaranteed dropout voltage at multiple current levels, and is available in TO-258 isolated and non-isolated packages.
